not feeling to good these day...gloomy...
school start today...yeah...boring...
yesterday so many things happened..
watching at a pair of couple broken up n then be with another person...
why must every couple break up?cant they jz be together forever n ever?
if really dint suit each other...why u wanted to start with him/her
age doesnt really matter though...
but why cant i be together with the person i loved?

well...yesterday feel sad and happy...weird feeling...
n tired..because of tuition at night

What that I have done that make me proud is last year, I have attend to a robot making course at my school. I had spent few hours together with my group member to start making a moving robot with infrared sensor so that it can move without bump into another object. baga...still in the state of putting her aside from his mindwell..today my school got a blood test thingyso...i dint eat since yesterday nite...damn lapar at schoolno breakfast...no recess...no slping= =the blood test for our class start at 11.40amwell,when ngam ngam sampai there v all nid to register 1stim the 1st to register in my class hahaden nid to check my height..167.5cm lol so short= =n den wait for cholestrol and glucose testthe result was okay..kinda low my glucose..cause i dun like to eat many of those sweet thing XDwhen nid to test that= =that guy poke a hole at my fingerBLEEDING~~~kip kip bleeding~~lol...not enough blood...he poke again v dat thingden squeeze my finger like orange to take the blood outa little blood only..hahaden nid to weight my body mass lo49.2kg...below average...den check blood pressure...normalheartbeat...92...abv averageden i look at the paper...i look at itover n over again...WTF I NID TO LOSE 2.1KG EVEN THOUGH IM UNDERWEIGHTstupid fat in my body....too many fat= =i eat alot of meat anyway..hahaden get some advice from the lecturer lofinish at 1.30pm= =haih late jorden go out lo..take bag...c dao sisden go take bike...den go out skul gate..c dao her inside car...so sweet her face..hahai even take a brocher for my mom...lolthats all for now...the pic above is the thing i take^^no nid pay at all hahateacher nid pay RM10 lolpengetua also check..haha..she sure no nid paybye all~~

我都不懂该怎么说了。。。总之她说了一个关于msn的事让我心碎了。。。很痛。。。
“你觉得我适合演习吗？”这句话够力。。。不是对着我说。。。可是我听的清清楚楚

现在的我比去年的我

愚人节的透感

今天。。。几乎没什么事情发生。。。
只是我的朋友的手有毛病了。。。
今天又看到她，美丽的她，在我眼前。。。
她的笑容，令我感到迷失，找不回原本的我了
早上，她没迟到，心里有一种轻松的感觉
排队时，没什么看到她的样子
然后就回班了，然后在没老师进来的时候。。。
她进了我的班。。。可是当然不是找我啦！！！
看着她跟我的朋友嘻嘻哈哈，真令我羡慕。。。
今天来来往往见了她很多次，可是我只站在原地的看着她的行动
有一节，我跟我朋友走另外一条路去研究室，看到她在班里专心的上课
真想待在哪里多一下，可是又怕她注意到= =
过后，放学时，看到她走下楼梯。。。然后。。。消失了
她在我校的巴士站的门口，在我跟两个朋友开着脚车的锁那时候。。。她过来了
她站在哪边。。。眼神很注意着一样东西。。。我看着她的眼神。。。
很像。。。很像。。。很像。。。T^T
很像在看着我的朋友。。。
当时我想立刻走人。。。可是我也需要等我那个朋友一起。。。
刚才。。。回到家。。。当我一想起那件事。。。
手烫到了。。。好痛。。。
只是她那一个眼神都能够把我搞成这样了。。。
我希望我在也不会注意到她在看我的那一个眼神。。。我累了。。
不想再继续这个没有结果的思恋了。。。
可是。。。我无法的把她放心。。。
算了。。。
让我继续着样的折磨我自己把。。。

爱一个人。。。很烦，很开心，吃醋，悲哀，生气，伤心，还有很多很多种的感觉
每一次我看到她。。。我只能在远远的看到她的背影，有时我还要快点闪人，我是酱的，一个很害羞和静静的小男孩，什么都不好，最好的是偷懒。
有时朋友问我。。。为什么你不跟她打招呼。。。我就说，这叫冷静。。。
为什么我要这样子呢？去年我还有跟她聊的咧，今年情况就完全变了。。。可能我不想再继续想了吧。。。可是我还是那么的想念她，爱她，在乎她。。。今天又看到她了。。。也看到那个男的。。。为什么他们可以那么的亲密。。。算吧。。。我还是继续静静的自我了。。。我想她喜欢的是原本的我。。。不是为了的到她而假假的我。。。我不喜欢也不想假假，一点都给不到安全感。。。我爱一个人是很忠心的= =我真的很想和她在一起，可是这可能是我盲目的一种单恋吧。。。她对我没感觉我也没办法。。。只好希望她和一个能爱护她和珍惜她的一个男生在一起吧。。。希望她以后的生活能过的更美满

1. Keep your arms slightly away from your body. Clasp your hands out in front of you or bring your arms to your sides and a bit forward, raising them about 6 inches in a flexible, relaxed fashion. This will allow your ribcage to fully expand and your lungs to fill to capacity. More air allows you to project your voice more strongly and clearly.

Use these singing techniques to improve your vocal singing range. A step-by-step guide to improving the lower and upper registers of your vocal singing range.
Although there is a limit to how much you can improve your voice, most people are unaware that it can be improved at all in the first place. Rarely are untrained singers using their full capabilities in range. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you improve your range:

1) Warm up your voice each time you sing. Even if you don't know any "official" warm up songs, stretch your vocal cords by singing "ah", "mah", "doh", or "mee may mah mow moo" both up and down the scale.

2) Practice at least every other day. Like any muscle, the voice shrinks when it is unstretched.

3) Find a song that hits the very top of your current vocal range. Sing that song two to three times each time you practice. Relax your voice, use plenty of air support, and just concentrate on making that top note easier to reach. When you find that the top note is no longer a stretch, get a new song to practice with.

4) Find a song that hits the very bottom of your current vocal range. Again, sing that song two to three times each time you practice. Relax when hitting the lowest note; if you have difficulty, try using a "mah" or "ah" sound. When you find the low note is no longer a stretch, get a new song to practice with.

Some last tips:
- Try not to have dairy products just before singing. They coat your voice and make your cords tighter. Warm tea, on the other hand, can loosen tight cords.
- Drink plenty of liquids while singing.
- Never EVER push a note. This is a good way to limit your range forever.
- There will come a point when you reach your ultimate range. No miracle salves, teas, or massages will change this.
- Enjoy singing. If you're singing from enjoyment, your voice will be far more clear than if you're singing because you "have to practice".

With a lot of practice and determination, you, too, can improve your range both upwards and downwards.

Yesterday i go to times square again but this time with my family...and then we go to sungei wang and play rollerblade ,this time i fall again only 1 time but my injury is far worst than last time...after i rollerblading from 3.30 till 5.30 we go to times square and chiong K there...i know sing many song woot... i sing 2 hour leh now almost no sound liao=.=the japanese buffet dam nice i eat many oyster =.=

Yesterday i go to the times square with my 3 fren by train so sempit inside the komuter =.= we barely got space to breath and one of my fren Kashing say he wan to pok mung on some ladies =.=we go through 6 station from kajang ...almost die jor so many ppl on the train and then when we arrived we rush out of the komuter and change monoraill at kl central after we arrive exactly on the times square we go to the xl shop with kashing to see action figure then we go to play bowling...its okay to play bowling but i get the last at the first round haih and we play 2 rounds RM15 sia after we play bowling we eat macdonald but we cant find any place to sit at the times square so we walk to sungai wang and eat macdonald at there after we eat oh we go to play rollerskate at there...i fall down more than 20 time and 1 time a train hit me hard at my leg now my whole body its in a pain but its preety fun though without the falling and pushed by other ppl... after we play that we walk back to times square at play arcade at there but time not enough for us so we go back to the station and take monorail...then kashing fang fei ji on us and go bac buy car because his father hantar...then me and other 2 fren go bac by monorail lo we missed 2 rides because too many ppl after we get in and then arrive at kl central we change to komuter to go bac to kajang...its better when going home than coming to kl atleast we 3 got place to sit at the komuter but the komuter stop at serdang station for 15 min and just before arrive kajang station it stopped for 15 min AGAIN so when i get back to my house its already 8.15 i go out at 12.30 leh -.- next time i go again hehehehe...

Today so sienz oh i wake up early in the morning and then after preparing to go to school i dranked a cup of milo...and what happen....I GET A STOMACHE and going to school with that irritating pain at my stomach but if feels better when i arrive to school.But today at school.... all the teacher doesn`t come to teach my class..WHOLE DAY ....so boring oh today...
